Troy Container Line announced the appointment of Fran Doceti as assistant manager of imports.  Based in the company’s Charlotte, NC office, Doceti will use her more than twenty years of industry experience, background in both the ocean import and export sectors, and her managerial expertise to support the continued growth of Troy Container Line’s import division.
