Troy Container Line recently welcomed Patricia Fitzgerald, COO of Exports, back from Germany where she traveled with our newly appointed agent Sea Master Shipping in Hamburg! Upholding Troy Container Line’s unwavering commitment to customer service, Patricia and our overseas agent ensured that our clients’ needs were being met in both the import and export departments. She returned to the Troy Container Line office with new ways in which we can work with our already-strong network to exceed the shipping international shipping line standards of our clients.
In addition to enjoying the company of our European counterparts, Patricia was able to take in the sights and sounds of Germany. She enjoyed a soccer game in which Germany was victorious and heard some impromptu music at Hamburg’s City Hall. Patricia also visited “Old Town” Hamburg where the tragic fires of 1842 began. She also traveled to Bremen, a city a little more than an hour southwest of Hamburg, where she visited the famous Roland Statue. Considered the city’s own “statue of liberty,” it has been a symbol of trading rights and freedom since 1404. It’s a fitting effigy for an international shipping executive to visit, don’t you think? Overall, it was a fruitful trip for Patricia and the Troy Container Line team!
