RED BANK, NJ – Troy Container Line Ltd., one of the largest American-owned NVOCCs, announced today the promotion of LEEANNE O’REILLY to FCL Export Manager. With the FCL’s ongoing expansion, the elevation of Leeanne into this vital leadership role is a move seen as essential by the company to not only sustain but also advance the tailored and comprehensive customer service that has become a hallmark of Troy Container Line.
In her new role, O’Reilly will be second in command for FCL Exports, working closely with clients, partner agents, steamship lines and fellow team members to ensure all operations are completed in a timely and precise manner.
“Any specific requirement a client may have, Leeanne attends to in a detailed fashion. Calling the Steamship Lines, truckers, ports, customs, or overseas agents in order to clarify the details,” Derrick Magee, Troy’s VP of FCL Export, noted. “She also communicates clearly and quickly with our clients and agents to keep them updated as to the status of their bookings.”
As an employee who began in customer service, Leeanne has subsequently risen through the ranks at the company’s Red Bank headquarters. Since joining the Troy team in 2012, Leeanne’s demonstrated an unparalleled ability to develop valuable relationships not only with Troy’s worldwide clientele, but also with her co-workers at every point along the shipping route.
“Leeanne pushes our vendors to meet the goals our clients have set for us” Mr. Magee explained, adding, “she got here by being very consistent and by working 110% each day.”
