Troy Container Line Announces New LCL Customer Service Representative

NVOCC Expands Team to Meet Growing Customer Base

RED BANK, NJ (Jan. 15, 2015) – Troy Container Line Ltd., one of the largest American-owned NVOCCs, today announced the expansion of the LCL export department with the addition of customer service representative Stephanie Martin. Based in the company’s Red Bank, NJ office, Stephanie’s position is with the LCL exports customer service team handling pricing, booking, tracking and tracing of cargo. In this position, she will work closely with customers and fellow staff members to ensure the superior customer service for which Troy is known.

Stephanie is a detail-oriented employee who thrives in Troy’s fast-paced Red Bank headquarters. Her commitment to providing efficient and responsive customer service, coupled with her attentive problem solving skills, make her the ideal employee for this position. Previously, Stephanie worked in Troy Container Line’s LCL shipping department before taking leave to start a family. Prior to joining Troy Container Line, she started her career in the logistics industry monitoring refrigerated rail containers. She is now the proud mother of a two-year-old child and enjoys photography.
