Troy Container Line celebrated its 40th anniversary! To mark the milestone, the company announced key leadership transitions, with founder Michael Troy Sr. moving into the role of Chairman, where he continued to guide the strategic direction of the company. Michael Troy II, previously Chief Development Officer, was appointed CEO, and Patricia Fitzgerald, previously COO of Export, was promoted to President after more than 26 years with the company. Together, the new leadership team carried the company into its fifth decade, pairing decades of industry experience with a shared vision for growth and innovation.

Troy continued to grow both locally and internationally this year! We introduced a new direct LCL service to Poland, expanding our global reach as the company continued to grow. Closer to home, we partnered with the community of Red Bank to recognize the history of the Red Bank airport with a mural by artist Michael White, proudly displayed at our HQ. From new routes abroad to celebrating the heritage of Red Bank at home, we were proud to keep moving forward while staying true to our roots.

Troylines continued to grow its LCL network in 2026! On the export side, we invested in new services from the US to Ireland and expanded services throughout the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, in response to market conditions in the region and the need for more direct services. On the import side, we launched new direct services from Vietnam and Colombo. We also built on our partnership with Monmouth University as Michael Troy II took the Chair role for the Leon Hess Business Council, and Troylines became the first project launched in the University’s BASIC program, which gives students high impact projects to tackle real business challenges and create solutions.
